1. High Hand Offer
FBX Poker School will give out a total of $1500 in High Hand money during September 2025
You can win up to $500 at a time for getting four matching girly cards
A single person can win more than once
Once $1500 has been paid out however, no more prize money will be awarded to winners
High Hand holder at 11:59pm each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will get to pick a random girly card from a bag (no looking)
High Hand is reset at 12am each night and then the other High Hand holder at the end of the game (night's end) will also get to pick a random girly card from a bag (no looking)
Once all girl cards have been selected, the promotion is over (even if the $1500 has not been paid out)
High Hand winners can choose to keep and sign their girly card and collect more or they can choose to rip it up and get paid out $50 immediately in chips
High Hand winners who choose to collect more than one card will get another card if they have another High Hand; if their two girly cards match, they win $150 for the matching pair
High Hand winners who get a pair of matching girly cards can choose to rip up the pair and get paid out $150 immediately or they can choose to keep and sign the pair to collect more
If the collector wins another High Hand but does not get matching girly cards, they can choose to rip up the non-paired cards and get paid out anytime $50 for each non-paired card
If they have the original two girly cards that match, they still win $150 for the matching pair in addition to $50 for the single non-paired card
High Hand winners who choose to collect more than a pair will win $300 if they get triplets; if they get triplets, they can choose to rip up the triplets and get paid out $300 immediately or they can choose to keep and sign their triplets
If the collector does not get triplets, they can choose to rip up the cards and get paid out anytime $50 for each non-paird card, $150 for a single pair, or $300 for triplets in addition to $50 for any un-paired card
High Hand winners who choose to collect more than triplets will win $500 if they get quads; all four matching cards must be ripped up and money awarded immediately
If the collector does not get quads, they can choose to rip up the cards and get paid out anytime $50 for each card
If the collector does not get quads, they can choose to rip up the cards and get paid out anytime $50 for each non-paird card, $150 for a single pair, or $300 for triplets in addition to $50 for any un-paired card
HOWEVEVER, only $1500 will be paid out for High Hands in September; therefore, anyone who chooses to keep collecting, takes a risk that there may not be money left for them when they decide to cash out their girly cards
After $1500 has been paid out or FBX Poker School runs out of girly cards (whichever comes first), no more High Hands will be awarded money, even if September is not over
Girly card money will be paid out in the order in which winners request payout until the $1500 is gone
All chips awarded to winners must be played for 30 minutes
Girly cards cannot be shared, given away, sold, or otherwise traded; all girly cards must be marked legibily with winners name (use sharpie pen) immediatley after recieing them
Girly cards must be physically present with their original owner for pay out
FBX Poker School is not responsible for any lost or stolen girly card; lost or stolen girly cards will ABSOUTLEY NOT be replaced
Must win High Hand with a full house or better and both hole cards must be used; player must make it to a showdown unless their opponents fold (can win High Hand before the river)
In the event of a side pot or multiple side pots, the hand that takes the main pot will be the only hand considered the High Hand winner
If two identical hands are played and both are determined to be the High Hand, both players names are put on the board and they both will get girly cards if the hand holds
Only the top board of any two board game, including Omaha, will count for High Hand
High Hand winner must be present and playing for any girly card collection or pay out and chips must be played for 30 minutes
If the player is not present, no girly card will be awarded
If no one hits the High Hand by the end of the game, however early or late the game breaks, no High Hand will be paid that day and the following day the High Hand will reset
2. Special Offers
Thursday September 4, 2025 will be "Ladies Night"; the first five ladies at the practice game will get a chance to win $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50 by picking a wallet purse; in addition, wine and chocolates will be served when availalbe (total of $86 possible for prize money)
Saturday September 13, 2025 will be "Military Appreciation Night"; the first five active or veteran military (any branch) perons who show up to play the social game will get a chance to win $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50 by to picking a wallet purse; (total of $86 possible for prize money)
Friday September 26, 2025 will be "Newcomers Welcome Night"; the first five players who show up to play the social game will also be eligible for a wallet purse worth up to $50 (total of $86 possible for prize money)
Five wallet purses, each with $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50, will be set out for the first five people listed above
Once a wallet purse has been picked and the money won, that purse will be retired for that night - not more than one person can win each amount each night but a total of $86 is possible to win amongst five people
Wallet purse money must be played in the practice game for 30 minutues minimum
3. Free Tournament Offer
Free Texas Hold'em hyper-turbo tournament every Thur, Fri, Sat at 8pm; any and all student players can enter for free (no money required)
All players will be given 25 starting chips (five red chips)
Each player can rebuy only one time for $5 (optional); the rebuy gets you you 25 chips
There are no other add-ons
Tournament cannot start until at least 5 players are present - dealer can play but dealer is not eligible for the Grand Prize nor can they be counted toward the 5 players
Dealer instructor may cancel the tournament at any time or for any reason
Play starts at 8pm (or when there are 5 players) and unlimited new participants can be added until the tournament is three handed; except if a player(s) busts and this creates the final three, the busted player(s) may still re-buy if they have not done so already
Otherwise, one time re-buys not allowed once there are only three players left
Blinds go up every 5 minutes and start at 5/10, then move up to 10/20, then 20/40, then 40/40 - doubling effectively every 5 minutes
1st place earns a chance at winning $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50
A wallet purse with each dollar amount listed above will be set out for the 1st place winner to pick from
1st place also wins 3 points, 2nd place wins 2 points, and 3rd place wins 1 point on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
The first person to get to 25 points will win a grand prize of $500
No FBX Poker School teachers (including the dealer) can win the Free Points Touranment Grand Prize of $500 - they must forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner
$500 grand prize may or may not be awarded in September; contest may go into October, November, or beyond - until at least one person earns 25 points
Once the $500 prize has been won, the Daily Free Tournament will not be worth points until the start of the following month (example: someone earns 25 points on October 14, 2025 and wins the $500 - the rest of October there will be no points awarded - points will be reset and awarded again starting November 1, 2025)
If more than one person reaches 25 points (or more) at the same time or otherwise ties, all players who get to 25 points on the same night will split the $500 grand prize evenly; it does not matter if someone has more points than person (e.g. 26 vs 28), just as long as each person has reached at least 25 points (both 26 and 28 point earners win and split)
All money wins, incuding the $500 grand prize, must be played and practiced with for a minimum of 30 minutes at the same night social game
FBX Poker School has adapted Mohegan Sun Poker Room Poker Rules and will closely follow those posted rules
Any dispute will be decided by the FBX Poker School Tournament Director Nate H. unless said person is in a hand; in that case, disputes will be decided by FBX Poker School Assistant Director Tony C.

If no one hits the High Hand by the end of the game, however early or late the game breaks, no High Hand will be paid that day and the following day the High Hand will reset to $100

Thursday August 7, 2025 will be "Ladies Night"; all ladies at the social game will be eligible for a "free roll" hand at 10pm where the winner gets to pick any knife they want from the prize knives

Every Friday in August any returning player present and playing at 10pm will be eligible for a"free roll" hand at 10pm where the winner gets to pick any knife they want from the prize knives
Friday August 22, 2025 will be "Newcomers Welcome Night"; all new players who show up to play the social game will also be eligible for the above mentioned "free roll" hand at 10pm where the winner gets to pick any knife they want from the prize knives
"Free roll" hand will be a single board Omaha high-only game with no betting; a second hand, single board Omaha high-only game will be played in the event of a tie
3. Free Tournament Offer
Free Texas Hold'em hyper-turbo tournament every Thur, Fri, Sat at 8pm; any and all student players can enter for free (no money required)
Starting chip counts for the hyper-turbo tournament will be given as follows:
10 Chips will be given to every student who wishes to only play the free hyper-turbo tournament AND / OR who doesn't want to text their name to the FBX Poker School phone number
25 Chips will be given to every student who is going to play in the social game after the hyper-turbo tournament AND whom texts the word 'HERE' with their first Name and last initial to the FBX Poker School phone number (252-508-9114) before they are given chips
Players who are given 25 Chips because they claim they will play in the social game but then they don't play in the social game will be banned for the remainder of the promo month from playing in any Free Tournament at FBX Poker School
Each player can addon or rebuy only one time for $5 (optional); the addon or rebuy is either/or, not both; $5 gets you 25 chips
All returning student players who re-buy or add on during the month of June will get an extra five chips (30 extra for the one-time add-on / re-buy)
The highest points earner of the weekly free tournaments at the end of the month (June 28th) will get $100
Tournament cannot start until at least 6 players are present (dealer may be counted); dealer may cancel the tournament at any time or for any reason
